Kim Shuford has been in or around the Real Estate industry all her life!
Growing up with a parent and other family members in Real Estate, she
learned about housing markets and the Real Estate industry. Then, in 1999,
she made her move to the mortgage side and has flourished ever since. She
feels that having knowledge of both sides of the industry is key to helping
those in need.
Although she helps those with perfect credit get great deals on their
mortgages, being a single parent of three children has made her realize that
there are those families out there that do not have perfect credit. She and
her staff are willing to work hard to help them and their families. She has a
firm commitment to the mortgage industry and helping those that most
companies turn away.
