This is our corporate Mission Statement and as a branch of this office, we hold true this Mission.

Kim Shuford has been in or around the Real Estate Industry all her life!  Growing up with a parent and other family members in Real Estate, she learned about housing markets and the real estate industry.  Then, in 1999, she made her move to the mortgage side and has flourished ever since.  Kim feels that having knowledge of both sides of the industry is key to helping those in need.  Although we help those with perfect credit get great deals on their mortgages, being a single parent of three children she realizes that there are those out there that don't have perfect credit and she and her staff are willing to work with them to help them and their families.   She has a firm committment to the mortgage industry and helping those that most companies turn away.
